It’s time for a field trip! Board the yellow time travel bus and blast into the Jurassic past in this new wordless picture book in the Field Trip Adventures Series by award-winning creator John Hare.

Volcanoes smolder. Towering dinosaurs munch leaves from the trees. And this class is going to see them up close—maybe way too close!

When a rascally kepodactylus snatches a student’s lunch box, the student gives chase and gets it back but also becomes separated from their class. They decide to eat their lunch while waiting to be rescued and end up sharing it with friendly dinosaurs. But when the dinosaurs suddenly disappear, the student is left face to face with a gigantic crafty carnivore who doesn’t just want that slice of pizza for lunch! Fortunately there is a surprise rescue and the student makes it back to the time travel bus where human friends are waiting with snacks to share.
